Hello everyone. I have a blocked plan with Bouygues and I would like to know if it is possible to find out the amount of my credit without having to call "Suivi Conso" and simply receive a message (like with Orange for example).

Hello, for customer service first you need to dial the number 630 and then press the 2 key (free number from mobile).
To find out the bill amount, just visit the Bouygues Telecom website or simply check the direct debits.
If nothing is reported and the plan and phone are working well, then nothing will be due; it might be a system error on their part, but I doubt it.
