EBP accounting and PDF oops it doesn't work anymore

Hello,
I have been managing my accounting on "EBP compta 2007.01" since 2006.
But this year, I can't close my accounts.
I get the following message:
"The printer 'PDF converter' cannot generate documents of type PDF, therefore you cannot request to generate PDFs during the closing."
What mistake did I make in my files?
Where can I check the 'PDF converter' printer on my computer and how can I fix it???

Help, I'm lost

    Hello,

    The problem is not related to the PDF format but to your software. If you have changed your version of Windows, there may be an incompatibility, for example.
