Ibiza PORT12VHF-BT the screen is not working anymore

Hello, I have a problem with my speakers: https://www.amazon.fr/Ibiza-PORT12VHF-BT-Sonorisation-portable-Bluetooth/dp/B004OSJTQ0 I've had it for about 9 months, it was working very well but yesterday when I turned it on, the screen didn't work anymore (because normally when I turn it on, the screen lights up blue) and now the screen didn't turn on. I tried plugging in my microphone and I can hear the sound, and I tried to connect it with my phone but I can't hear any music... Can anyone help me please?

It seems that a lot of people have this problem (not me, but a friend does)
I saw online that some had a disconnected cable inside...

Hello,

If your equipment is 9 months old, it's best not to touch it and consider a return for repair service.
