Ibiza Port15 Portable Sound System Issues

Hello,
On my portable speaker Ibiza sound port15 vhf that I haven't used for 1 month, despite a 24-hour charge, it only outputs a very low sound even at maximum. I don't know where the problem comes from. Help please.

    Hi,

    This speaker works both on battery and AC power, try it on AC power and with another external battery to check if the problem comes from the speaker or its built-in battery.

      On battery power, the same thing. I’m waiting to see the responses before making the battery change just in case that’s not it.

        If the problem occurs even when using a different external battery, then the speaker or amplifier has an issue.


        If it is still under warranty, you should contact the reseller for a return.
