Au secours.PC infesté!! Aidez moi /rapport rogue killer.

Bonjour. Je suis archi débutante en informatique. J'ai pourtant plusieurs fois réussi a me débarrasser de edeals mais là ça prend des proportions incroyables. Quand j'utilise rogue killer à chaque fois j'ai des problèmes car je dois supprimer du bon et du mauvais. Du coup je restaure à une date antérieure et je tourne en rond. Qui peut m'aider pour commencer, à supprimer ce qu'il faut et pas plus. Voici le dernier rapport. Je n'y comprends strictement rien.
