Mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'zabbix'@'localhost'

En esperant trouver une solution dans ce forum je viens vers vous chers frere pour vous soumettre le problème qui me ronge depuis environ 01 mois.
en fait j'ai installer zabbix sur ubuntu 12.04. lorsque je saisie l'adresse de mon serveur sur un navigateur comme firefox j'ai l'erreur
mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'zabbix'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [include/db.inc.php:58]

par ailleurs lorsque je demarre le serveur apache2 operation qui se termine par OK j'ai ceci sur le fichier error log d'apache2:
