Bonjour,
J'ai changé il y a 3 mois l'unité d'imagerie de mon imprimante Samsung CLX3175FN par le service de réparation Samsung. Elle a fonctionné correctement pendant ces 3 mois.
Maintenant, elle m'indique d'installer l'unité d'imagerie, et ce suite à un changement de toner noir. J'ai tout sorti et remis, mai rien n'y fait.
Que faire?
