Hello,
I have a problem with my Toshiba laptop that turns on but the screen remains completely black even though it's on.
The problem occurred after an Ubuntu update.
If you have any ideas, I’m all ears.

Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) / Firefox 35.0

Hi, check this out I had the same issue and the method worked perfectly

unplug the power and battery, press the power button for about twenty seconds, plug the power back in and try to turn it on normally. If it works, great... otherwise it's dead ;)
