Hello, I would like to get your opinions and know if someone has already ordered from this site http://www.twinkledeals.com/

I still wanted to give it a try by ordering a single item, a jacket. It is a very poor copy of the product shown in the picture. I received it within the agreed timeframe, after 20 days; the size is appropriate, but the material is nothing like that in the photo, and the zipper is very low quality, and it's gold, unlike the one in the picture. I would not recommend this site at all. Product offered:

Of course... To add to my comment, customer service contacted me following my poor rating on an online shopping site. They offered me:
- Either to return the item and receive a full refund (but the shipping costs were almost the price of the jacket...)
- Or to keep the item and receive a credit of 70% of the amount to my wallet (as an exception), which I defaulted to, but this means I have to place a new order...

Hello Sourisverte76, I ordered 2 jackets, they were so beautiful!!!! Same for me, nothing to do with the photos, it's ugly, the size is horrible, my sleeves are too long and the zipper doesn't work!! How did you manage to contact them? Since nothing is in French, because I would like to return my 2 jackets. Thank you for replying.
Hello, actually, they credited my Paypal account with 70% of the amount, so there's no need to reorder from them...

Also, it might not be worth sending the items back considering the shipping costs. The package came from the Netherlands, so maybe that's where returns should be sent...

The right question would be 'Is this site reliable'.. Answer NO.. Anonymous site.. No recourse in case of dispute.. Concerns about credit card data..
Furthermore, ALL parcels coming from a non-EU country are subject to VAT calculated on the merchandise amount + shipping.. Not to mention potential 'freight forwarding fees'.. But sometimes parcels go through without issues..
In the end, not always a good deal! Especially if there's no shipping..

This site is a scandal!!! I ordered 7 items worth 100 euros and to accept my package, I had to pay 30 euros in (so-called customs fees). So for 130 euros, I got 6 ruined clothes that are impossible to wear (like the dress that opens right over my panties!!!) or the sweater with the front much shorter than the back (sewing defect) and one sleeve 10 cm shorter!!! (not 1 cm). Only one item is wearable, so I paid 130 euros for a "piece of junk" that I could have bought for 5 euros at a market.... This is what TwinkleDeals is (and its clothes made in Malaysia).

I received part of my order today from the site Sammy Dress and it's a total rip-off!?
I wasn't expecting a certain quality given their very attractive prices, but receiving a DIY sewing item is outrageous... not to mention the cutting that has nothing to do with it and the unfinished stitching on a "knitted" sweater.
The DIY sewing item is a denim-style coat with a "fur" collar and upon opening my package... SURPRISE? item in pieces lol
(So ridiculous that I laughed)
Basically, I have the poorly cut coat (nothing like the photo) with the so-called "fur" collar that I have to reconstruct, but the worst part is that they also included 2 small "furs" with it... I deduced that they were meant for the sleeves which are ultra short (oh yes, that was also a thing?)
Not that I remember... the item I was drawn to didn't have any furs on the sleeves, so I went back to the site and indeed there was no "cute" option?
My conclusion: having not had the time or not taking the time to finish your coat, we offer you a pair of sleeves to add if you wish?
Seriously, who do they think they are??
Let them run their "own" business at home without wanting to offend the Chinese

Pejorative, I don't know lol, but it really sucks when you're waiting for your order and after 4 weeks you receive things you can't even imagine. Well, I want to say that if someone had given me a sewing machine, I probably would have done better haha..;-)

THE items are worthless and I can't find the address to return them and get a refund, even though I've asked 5 times WHERE to return the items. And they haven't responded for 3 weeks, and I don't know where to send back their junk that doesn't match the photos or the description at all. THANK YOU for telling me WHERE to return the items to get a refund.
Hey girls, flee from these sites! I just received my package and none of the 4 items are wearable. The dresses are see-through, with no finishing touches, threads hanging everywhere, and they are poorly cut. They look like costume fabric sold in cheap stores. My daughter ordered ceremony dresses on lightinthebox and we were doubled over with laughter when we unwrapped them. We couldn't even wear them for Carnival because they're so ugly; they bear no resemblance to the ones shown on the site. After trying them on, we had to get the vacuum cleaner to clean the floor because there was so much thread falling from the dresses. I received one without a tag and it was dirty; it looked like it had been tried on and returned. Normally, I don't post comments, but this is too much. Don’t be fooled!!!!!!

Given the numerous negative comments that keep coming up, usually the same ones by the way... I will therefore refrain from ordering on this site. The crux of the matter is that some items they offer on their site really appeal to me, especially the T-shirt designs and other shirts. Would someone be kind enough to tell me if and where I could find a similar style (with assured quality and safety, and I suspect a higher price)? Thank you in advance.

It's true that their products are tempting, but don't let yourself be fooled!!!! Like many people, I canceled my order because I still hadn't received anything after 6 months. It's now been over a year (yes, my order is from FEBRUARY 2018!!!!) and to this day, I'm still fighting with them for a refund! Shameful!!!
