Hello, I advise against this site. iPhone received with a defective power button and battery discharging quickly (so it wasn't checked before shipping!!!). I did receive the new phone which worked until the last Apple update. Now it’s stuck on the iTunes logo (of course, I tried restoration several times after multiple attempts. The problem persists). After several follow-ups by email, no news. This proves the lack of customer support!!!!! 130€ for 8 months of use.

Hello,
I am also skeptical. I had sent my phone to the customer service for repair once and it was fixed.
But now, for the past 10 days, I have sent it back for another issue and still no news, no information and the phone seems to have disappeared, despite my emails and calls to the number which isn't working by the way. Personally, I am still waiting today and after that, I will have to file a complaint, no choice, it's a shame because I hadn't been disappointed by them until now, but this is too much.

Hello,

Your reaction is understandable, however please know that we will always do our best to resolve the situation.
At this time during the holiday season, our phone lines are overwhelmed,
and our teams are also delayed due to the daily volume we have to handle.
However, could you please provide me with your order reference so that we can process your request as quickly as possible?
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards.

DESTOCK SOURCE,
I have tried to reach you several times (on your premium number) which takes my call, (and my money lol,) but redirects me to a voicemail that asks me to...call you back....on your number (premium of course). So for fun, I did "the loop" several times, but now I'm losing patience.

This time, alluding to your response to the previous caller, I don't think we are in the holiday season zic

I am picking up my iPhone today which has been with your customer service (you kept it for 10 days) and guess what? It still has the same problem...and I have the same difficulties reaching you.

It overheats abnormally, it no longer charges (tested on 3 different cables), in short, unusable.

I have taken all the additional warranty options on your side, so please at least respect your commitments. I think the minimum for a so-called RELIABLE company would be to contact your customers.
Best regards.

Hello, I would like to intervene but more on my subject since I don't know how to contact you; dead letter
my order VFDRPTTPL is still being processed. When will it be sent, please?
I tried to contact you on your website, by email, by phone (which tells me to call back and puts me on hold) and received no response. Can you please reply to me? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I bought three iPhones (2 5S and 1 5C) with a one-year interval between the first and the two second. The first one is still doing well. For the second one (5S), I had a screen issue, I sent it back and received it, repaired, 10 days later.
In summary, a very good site with rather responsive customer service.
I recommend it.

Phone that has had nothing but problems! Sent back 4 times but each time there was a new issue or the problem wasn't fixed. Moreover, Apple told me that my iPhone was made almost entirely of counterfeit parts (dangerous according to them).
Now that the warranty has expired, customer service no longer responds to my messages!
Poor quality products and a huge lack of professionalism...

Good evening, we bought an iPhone 6 that has been constantly freezing on the screen. We sent our phone back to customer service. An email was sent to us on August 25 to inform us that the phone had been repaired and shipped that day. It is now September 3, and we have not heard anything more from déstock source, which has not responded to our follow-ups regarding the shipping status. We are going to have to file a complaint against déstock source... We absolutely do not recommend this site! We feel like we’ve been scammed and have lost our 323 euros! It’s a shaaaaaaame!!!!!

Good evening, while browsing this forum, I came across your post. Please reassure us, did you finally receive your phone? Because apparently, you haven't gotten back to us since 09/05. I hope it was just a shipping issue that got sorted out in the end?

Please keep us updated if that wasn't the case.

I posted a comment 2 days ago on destock source.
And to this day, I still have no response despite my follow-up email.
I just tried calling them, but of course they say to contact them by email.

Now I really think I will never see my phone!!

It's done! Destock Source contacted me.
Very friendly person!
Apparently, it was an error from the order department.
The phone should arrive the day after tomorrow.
Phew, it's not a scam, just a misunderstanding.

Thank you all!!

The website is reliable but the phones aren't.
They are indeed the cheapest but don't work.
We are indeed refunded quickly.
But the goal is to have the phone for a while, not 10 days or a month!!!!!!

Hello, I wonder how you can assert such a thing because only an expert can tell the difference at that level. The difference can only be made at the time of purchase knowing that an original part costs twice as much.
A faulty part does not mean that it is a counterfeit...

Moreover, the warranty is provided by us, so that is the second thing I question regarding your remark.

One has to wonder if you are really one of our customers.

Sincerely
Destock Source

Hello,

As for me, I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus on August 5th and received it on August 16th, but unfortunately I had to return it due to a minor defect in the upper left corner of the screen where a dark spot appears depending on the colors... notably blue. I reported it and it was returned on August 18th and received on August 19th at their company located near Bordeaux.

I emailed them once a day but unfortunately I haven't received any response, whereas they were very quick to inform me about the return process.

Tomorrow I will try to call them but if I still don't get a reply I will start to get seriously worried...

I haven't heard anything.

I just received an email from them 10 minutes after posting my issue here.

"Hello,

I asked the customer service team and I am waiting for their response.

Best regards"

My question is when will I receive my iPhone...

I will keep you updated.

Personally, I ordered a phone; the site took a few days to inform me that it was out of stock, and then they processed a "fake" refund because they claim to have credited my account, yet there is no trace of the money in my account.

DestockSource Posted messages 29 Status Membre

Sorry we didn't see your message on this forum; anyway, by now the money should be in your account...
Indeed, we had a more than busy holiday season, which may have caused a stock error.

See you soon
Best regards

Hello,
After a delayed delivery of the phone with its screen damaged, returned to customer service and never returned despite follow-ups by: emails, expensive phone calls with no response, and registered letter.
They will tell you that they are surprised and that they tried to contact me. This is absolutely false! The moment I asked for a refund, there was no one left at DestockSource.
This is simply theft.

Personally, I bought 3 iPhone 6s, received within 48 hours without any issues, but yes, there is a but, I had to return one of the 3 defective iPhones (wifi antenna problem) on 29/11.
Since then, communication has been very complex, no responses to emails; no answers to phone calls... After sending several emails, I finally received a reply on 6/12 announcing the dispatch of a new phone, and since then, nothing!!
In short, if you are naturally anxious, avoid this site. The phones are of good quality for refurbished ones, but an email once a month in case of customer service is starting to seriously worry me about seeing my phone again someday, hoping they still exist. I think I will ask a friend of mine living in Bordeaux to pay a visit to their address!

They finally replied to me today, they are out of stock, and they promised a refund within 2 days. I'm waiting to receive the transfer, but they are still there, perhaps a victim of their success...
In the meantime, a little customer communication training wouldn't hurt them :)

Hello,

As for me, I ordered an iPhone 4 on Destock-Source on 03/04.
Delivery was trouble-free and on time.
The condition of wear (close to new) was respected.

However, the phone does not pick up any network (tested with 3 SIM cards from 2 different French operators, same after resetting network settings)

The after-sales service request does not provide a return label like many other sites do. I had to pay the return shipping costs (€8.60, invoice attached).

I will make sure to share how the case is handled (#376) in terms of delays and the management of my additional costs.

Have a good day everyone.

Hello,

After a few days, I received a functional new iPhone 4 but:
- the "wear quality" is a bit poorer
- I have NO COVERAGE FOR MY RETURN COSTS.

No communication or apologies from their side, just the very poor interface of the site to handle the return.

In the end, a lower quality iPhone 4 that costs me more (return fees at my expense).

I shop online very regularly, and this is the first time I have encountered such poor service.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.

Best regards,
mde_geek

Hello, your judgment is a bit harsh. We cover the returns, but like many companies, this applies within the first 14 days, which allows time to see if everything is working well.

For cosmetic assessment, we are quite precise as we have 5 different grades.
So I don't think there was a very big difference.

For return shipping costs, if your return was made within 14 days, please let us know by email, and we will be happy to refund you, as customer service should have provided you with a return label.

We are not always monitoring how things are going, so sorry for the late response, but better late than never :-)

See you soon on destock-source.com

Super disappointed, despite receiving the phone in great condition, the day after its arrival I have issues with the rear camera which doesn't stabilize. IMPOSSIBLE to reach the store or customer service, very poor after-sales support, no response to my request, I've been had, I've lost 400 € for an iPhone whose rear camera doesn't work...

Hello

Always the same problems with micro or mini e-commerce: non-existent or unresponsive customer service.

Since this site is governed by French law, you benefit from the protection of various 'France' Codes. In particular, the Consumer Code, Legal Compliance Guarantee Art. L217-4 to L217-14.

The issue with the photo app constitutes a non-conformity. As a result, you are entitled to a replacement at no cost (See Art. L217-9).

Advice in case of 'deafness' from customer service: Formal Notice (Registered Letter with Acknowledgment of Receipt) to replace within X days. The seller must send a return label upon request. However, prudence would suggest that the shipment has 'tracking'!

If no replacement within 30 days, the customer is legally entitled to a refund
(See L217-10 1°).

Hello, I bought a brand new Galaxy S7 a year ago on the website smartphone.bzh, which is part of destock source.
Six months after the purchase, the phone no longer recognizes my SIM card or that of other carriers, although it works in another phone.
I wanted to contact the website; unfortunately for me, it no longer exists... I then took my phone to a PSM center to claim my warranty directly with Samsung, but unfortunately for me again, it's a company based in France that sells phones not intended for the European market; in other words, my phone is not guaranteed by Samsung France because it's an import, which is not stated anywhere when purchasing.
I then contacted destock source, who told me that their site was out of business and that I needed to go to a PSM, which I already did, but they are clearly turning a deaf ear!!! Scammers and nonexistent customer service!! Avoid at all costs...

I ordered 2 iPhone 4S phones at the beginning of the year:
In terms of condition: it was consistent for both devices.
As for the malfunctions, one had a sound issue with the front camera and was unable to use voice command, while the other shuts down for no reason.
I noticed the issues with the first device 2 days after the warranty, but Destock Source agreed to take care of it (repair or replace).
After this agreement, I took 3 weeks to return it: the time to find a replacement phone. However, Destock Source changed their mind and no longer wants to do anything about it.
After some exchanges of emails... they are willing to do something. I send back the phone (€10) and they return it to me 2 days later, explaining that it works perfectly and that they would have conducted a complete series of tests for 3 days (which is impossible given the time frame for returning the device).
But they are ready to refer me to an external service provider... I don’t quite understand why since, according to them, the phone has no issues... anyway, there isn’t really any customer service. They make us believe there is a team of technicians, but it’s a company of 2 people with a capital of €3000 based in Floriac (33)...
All of this is not very professional...
and they prefer to handle customer issues by making them look like fools or liars to avoid taking responsibility.

Low price, mediocre quality and fake customer service: I strongly advise against

Awful, I received a phone that didn’t work without a box. It cost me an afternoon to go to the Apple Store. I was told it had been activated in Memphis and that it had a motherboard defect, or could it be that since it was for the American market, the motherboard configurations aren’t necessarily the same??? In any case, I had to return it at my expense of 13 euros and I am waiting for a gesture of goodwill or a quick refund.

I ordered an iPhone 6 in July. For a month now, the screen has been having problems, and a screw is loose in the phone. I've been trying to contact them on their line, but no one answers or it hangs up right away. I'm hesitant to send my phone back for service for fear of never getting it back. Anyway, I'm furious.

Hello,

I strongly advise against this site. I bought a refurbished S7: a disaster, the phone wasn't tested, full of software bugs, I nearly couldn't start it on the first boot. Phone returned, Destock tells me that the warranty is completely void because the phone has a crack on the back. A crack that I never noticed. So I won't be refunded. It's simply a shame, I've never seen a phone work so poorly. 210 euros for 2 weeks of use. TOTALLY AVOID.

"Courage, let's run away!" could be the motto of this site...
They don't hesitate to sell you English models, not adaptable to the French language, with a reliability and durability that make me doubt the origin of their devices...
COUNTERFEITS???
In my case, the return was accepted, then under the pretext of a cracked screen, there was no coverage for the faulty functionalities and it was sent back to sender.
After several email exchanges thanking me "for my understanding," it's radio silence... very telling in my opinion!
In short, courage, flee this site!

Experience feedback February 2019:
iPhone 7, 362 € "close to new" but the screen is clearly not original, of lamentable quality. This was of course not mentioned.
The customer service phone never answers, and for emails it takes several days and the responses are particularly terse.
1 month to get refunded after the phone was received by Destock source...

Good evening
I bought a Samsung S8 and received it in mid-October, but shortly after, I noticed that the Bluetooth wasn't working and I couldn't update the software. So, I sent it back for repair, and two days later, I received a message from Restock Source saying that they received my phone with a cracked back screen and that the warranty was no longer valid because of that. As a result, they returned my phone, still broken and with a cracked screen. I suspect they broke my screen and are therefore refusing to honor my warranty. Furthermore, I can't reach them either by phone or by email. So here it is, I don't trust this site because they are scammers. They sold me a broken phone.
1
Missb

Run away from destock source, they sold me an unlocked phone for all networks, and it got blocked overnight. Customer service for weeks and it got blocked again. Refusal to take responsibility because the screen is broken even though it has nothing to do with it.
In short, don’t buy from them!!!

I do not recommend this site. Destock source, as I have just been denied a return for an iPhone I received 8 days ago. While the iPhone seemed to be in good condition, it did not withstand the rain. Destock source's response is as follows:
Hello,
We have noted your request.
We cannot respond favorably in this situation, as we are not responsible for this incident.
APPLE does not guarantee water resistance, especially not in the field of refurbished products.
Thank you for your understanding, I remain at your disposal.

So destock source only sells indoor iPhones and still be careful with your glasses of water or anything else. Destock source is a big scam.

Hello,
I wanted to talk to you about the website "destock Source," which appears very professional, but I was caught off guard by their inability to provide proper information to their customers.
On June 7th, I ordered a new iPhone 7. Ten days went by and nothing (delivered "within 8 working days").
When I called them, they blamed DHL. After communicating with DHL (at a cost of €9), they confirmed that no iPhone had been transmitted to them.
Confronting them with the facts, and after several emails, Destock finally assured me that my delivery would take place by the end of the week...
We are now 21 days later... and nothing has appeared, we are on the verge of being scammed.
Above all: stay away!
Unreliable and unclear, the premium quality iPhones are products from Hong Kong (fake?).
In short...
1
Benoit

The iPhone 7 I bought had a screen defect (it was moving and making noise). It was only after replacing it that we found out that:
- the peripheral waterproofing seal was simply missing
- two screen clipping tabs were not screwed in; one was loose inside the phone with 3 screws, nearly causing a short circuit.
I informed Destock Source, who did not bother to apologize or even acknowledge their mistake.
So I now have doubts about the quality of what they resell.
No worries, they are at least losing one customer.
