Website, real or not?

Hello, good evening.

I would like to buy some brand items online, but not at an exorbitant price. A few days ago, I typed "cheap Stone Island" on the internet and came across this site: http://www.delamarquepascher.com

It seems legitimate, despite the heavy discounts, around 70%. The interface is more or less well done, no mistakes at first glance, the legal notices are well mentioned, however, there's nothing in the "about us" section. There is a phone number but I haven't called yet, not wanting to appear skeptical.

It's a site hosted in Turkey, and the site contrefaçon.fr rates it 72% in terms of reliability, but I remain doubtful.
If it’s counterfeit, I don’t care, as long as I don't pay an unimaginable price for something I like.

So I have several questions:
- Could it be counterfeit?
- How can I be sure that I will receive the product in question?
- Have you ever ordered from this site? Or has someone you know ordered?
- If it is indeed counterfeit, is it well made?
- How long could it take for me to receive the merchandise in question?

I would be extremely grateful if you could reply, thank you in advance,

Best regards, Martin. ;)

    Hello

"cheap" is in 99.9999% of cases synonymous with counterfeits along with all the risks that come with it....

To give you an idea of the reliability of a site:

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/31580-reperer-si-un-site-web-est-fiable

    Then about the risks involved:

    ----------
Here and there throughout the topics... I read "what are the remedies?".......

    None!

Indeed, buying on a counterfeit site is like wanting to import illegal goods into France... In short... it would be the same as a thief "filing a complaint" because the warranty would not apply to a product he stole!

Reminder on the risks of buying counterfeits:

    - Receipt of defective products (fantastical sizes, non-functional items....)
    - Receipt of products dangerous to health (allergy, safety standards not respected...)
    - No receipt of product... either because they are simply not sent.... or because they are intercepted (and destroyed) by customs....
    - Summons and fines from customs authorities (if the order is significant enough to justify...)
    - Misappropriation and fraudulent use of credit card details....

In short... it is before ordering that one must question... not after!

    Hello,

You say: "It’s a site hosted in Turkey"

1° If you are not delivered, do you sue in Turkey?

2° If someone uses your credit card for other transactions, what will you do?

3° Yes, they have legal mentions..... BUT !!!!

    - the Turkish commercial register number "25556192320" appears on other sites with different postal addresses!
    http://www.modaonda.com/blog/hakkimizda/

    Excerpt:
    Moda Onda
    Sevinç UlaHac? Halim Mah.
    Busem Sokak No 32/A
    41135 KartepeTax No: 25556192320
    Tax D.: Alemdar V. D.

    - the WHOIS is more interesting, excerpt:

    owner-lname: BRADLEY
    owner-street: Rue Nicolas Girod
    owner-city: CLUSES
    owner-state: CLUSES
    owner-zip: 74300
    owner-country: FR
    owner-phone: +33.450187208
    owner-fax: +33.450187208
    owner-email: delamarquepascher@gmail.com

I’ve put the phone in bold. It corresponds to a restaurant:

    SAHIN MUSTAPHA
    Fast food and self-service
    8 RUE NICOLAS GIROD
    74300 Cluses France

My opinion: all of this is quite "weird".... A company in "Turkey", but a domain name registrant in "France", a company number shared by several companies....

Anyway, I don’t know about you, but for me, it doesn’t smell good!

    See you +

    Hello

It seems genuine, despite the significant discounts, hovering around 70%

True, a genuine fraudulent site.. Guaranteed counterfeiting (But that doesn’t bother you..). However, some basic questions arise:

Will there be shipping? (Cf. Xileh)
If shipping, will the package be intercepted and destroyed by Customs?
If shipping, what will be the quality level (In principle better than China..)?
In case of a dispute, what can I do? (Cf. answer 1° mpmp93)
What happens to my credit card information? Will it be reused/sold? (Cf. mpmp93 2° and Xileh)

Even if the tempting and incredible discounts flirt with 70%, there are quite a few uncertainties.. No one can guarantee delivery and what it will contain.. No recourse possible..

It's up to you to see and make probability calculations (Mathematical expectation, game theory):

      counterfeit site 100%, because:

      the site hosted in Turkey
registered with a fake name and fake address

Copied from the following site which is no better...

      http://www.divaoutlet.com

      --

in the "about" section of the site, they even clumsily copied without deleting the copied site ^^:

We are constantly looking for the best deals at ultra-attractive prices from the world of fashion. Coming from overproduction, unsold items, end of season and previous collections, we buy for you the most beautiful clearance items at discounted prices. The merchandise we offer is in no way second choice or of poor quality. At divaoutlet you can be sure to get high-quality products and brand items at the lowest prices.

After Turkey offers nice imitations and quality, but they also have some very bad Chinese range ... so after it's up to you and your luck if you want to order...
