Are these sites really free!?

Hello,

I have been wondering about this subject for a long time, but I didn't know who to ask. Are the so-called "free" pornographic sites on the Internet really free? Can a charge appear on my Internet bill? If no phone number or credit card number is given, they should be free, right?

Thank you for your answers, I don't want any additional charges on my Internet bill!
