Hello everyone,

Last month, I placed my first order online from China. Unfortunately, this first order is not really a success... It has now been a month since I placed the order, and I still haven't received my package. I tried to track it online using the website: track-chinapost.com but I really don't understand anything... I don't even know where my package is, and I don't know if it has arrived in France or not...
Could someone please help me, I really need assistance? My tracking number is: RI213970551CN.

Hello

"Sent to airline" means it has been shipped to the airline, and that's where it stops

Hello

Your counterfeit order is pending security check and boarding on a cargo plane at the airport in Canton (Guangzhou..). This step is generally lengthy as there is an 'indefinite waiting list'..

It will just remain to pass through Customs upon arrival in the EU.. Either it gets through, or it's confiscated-destroyed..

A bit of patience, everything coming from China takes time, a lot of time via China Post. Less if DHL, FEDEX for other greedy ones $$$$, but with additional 'freight-forwarder' fees..

  The package has indeed cleared Customs but could not be delivered to the recipient for an unknown reason (Incorrect address, poorly written, negligent postman,...??).
  
  Quickly check with your post office to try to recover your package before it is returned to the sender..

I ordered from Wisch at the end of November and I was supposed to receive it on 12/14/2015. They say my package has been at Roissy International Mail (93) since 12/12/2015, but on 12/15/2015 they told me the item has arrived in the destination country. I don't understand anything anymore, help!

  I'm happy to help you, but honestly, I wasn't really assisted either. If I can help you, no problem! :-)
  Listen, don't rely too much on the "tracking," it doesn't work that well, and it doesn't get updated regularly. For me, it went from "in China" to "post office France" overnight, so you see, it's not a very reliable site.
  I panicked too; I harassed the post offices in my town, but in the end, it didn’t help at all. My shoes arrived when I least expected it lol, I was told my package would arrive in a month, but for me, it actually took two and a half months...
  What did you order, and on which site? (without prying)

Hello, sorry this post is old, but I'm a bit panicked too, to be honest.
On September 1st, I placed an order on a Russian website. A simple piece of embroidered fabric. The sender shipped it on the 9th, and on the tracking site everything was going well, it was progressing nicely until the 12th. Since then, nothing.. It's been a good ten days now and it's worrying me a bit because given how much it cost me, it would hurt not to receive it ever.. I'd like to know if the Russian shipping procedure is the same as the Chinese one..
