None of this is unusual; when you want a logical follow-up, you don't order from Chinese sites.
Shein won't tell you more about the tracking of the package than you already know, since your package is now the responsibility of the company handling it. Go to your customer area, then to your order, and you will have the option to contact the seller, but in my opinion, it will be a lost cause.
