Hello,
I'm struggling with my mouse (Targus, but the previous ones did the same thing)
I have a laptop (Packard Bell Easy Note TS, purchased in June 2013)
in 1 year I bought 4 mice... including one optical... stop, this is not the breeding I dreamed of ;-)
I notice that if I have any tabs other than SFR and Gmail open, it stops working (except for some: right now Facebook and Comment ça marche (of course) are open... and it’s obedient! it works! 5 minutes ago I had 2 other sites open and nothing worked
after closing it, it's back to normal...
the seller tells me (and Packard Bell too) that they don't know and that I need to return my laptop! help... the USB ports are a bit loose and depending on the position it works or not... they tell me defective motherboard???
I think there's a conflict, for sure... but I don't know where!!!!
info: I’ve cleared some cookies... tired of having 1000 shopping windows popping up, now there are fewer....
thank you for your help!
best regards

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

thank you, I’m bookmarking this site...
however... the driver was up to date
I suspected it because I have scheduled updates on my computer...
anyway: I suppose she is upset (the mouse) because since my question, there has been no malfunction!
or maybe I just had to talk about her...
thank you for your involvement, it's really helpful when you feel a bit lost and/or angry (very bad discussion with Packard Bell (the premium number....) of course: the computer is no longer under warranty
thanks again, I hope it will hold up ... otherwise I will be back
have a great end of the year
