Blue spinning circle next to my mouse cursor

Hello,

I have a blue circle spinning next to my mouse cursor as if I were opening a web page, even though I'm doing absolutely nothing; I even have it without touching my mouse.

And of course, it slows down my PC when I'm using it.

My antivirus doesn't detect anything.

Do you have any idea?

Thank you in advance.

I'm running Windows 7.

concerning your problem, jidé, try this:
    1. in the top right corner of your web page, click on the icon made up of 3 horizontal lines
    2. click on settings
    3. at the bottom of the page, click on show advanced settings
    4. on the page, under the networks section, click on change proxy settings
    5. in the Internet Properties window, click on the general tab
    6. you will see a URL address, change it to "www.google.fr"
Don't forget to click on "apply" before exiting

I have this problem with the "blue spinning circle next to the mouse," I have Windows 8. I don't know anything about it, so I tried to follow your advice but in my "services" tab, "serviceEverything" does not appear. I've had this issue since yesterday; I tried to open Chrome and it showed me an error message. I believe that triggered the blue circle... since then I can't access Chrome or get rid of the blue circle.

Uninstall Chrome and reinstall it to see.
