Hello;

The blue circle next to the mouse has been spinning continuously for a few hours. I've been on Windows 10 for about a week. No software is downloading.

      I have already restarted 4 times and the problem persists. For about 30 seconds, the blue circle is not visible, but it reappears.

        I had cursor issues related to Bitdefender. Everything has been resolved.

        I solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, as suggested to me on a forum.
