Format my PC without administrator rights

Hello everyone,

I have a problem. A friend of mine has a PC from the Aquitaine region; that is to say, it’s locked down everywhere!
He can't install anything, not even Skype.

So I'm turning to the CCM community for help!
I would like to format his PC, but without administrator rights and the administrator password, I can't do anything :/

Hello,

to format a hard drive, you don't need Admin rights. You just need to boot from a Windows DVD.
