Administrator password for laptops given by Île-de-France

Hello, I would like to know the password and the administrator name of the laptops since my touchpad has disabled itself and when I try to reactivate it, it asks me for this password.
Without the touchpad, I cannot work on this computer...

    It seems that this is not possible. So, it is impossible to download any application such as Office... Really too bad.

      Yes, it's really frustrating. I'm struggling too just to get Office or even a free Office pack. There's the limited online version, but you can't use it offline, so it's useless... I've had it for months, and I can't do anything with it... and about 99% of us are in the same situation, so I understand why there's a shortage of IT materials...

        There is a way to install applications, but it doesn't work with all of them (I couldn't succeed with Python :( ) the computer only blocks installations, not the software, which means you can directly put the .exe of an already installed application from another device via a USB stick and it might work. But my biggest problem is that I am in high school and the computer provided by Essonne has not been unlocked as they said.

        yes me too, we did send a request, they asked us to leave it plugged in and on for three days so they could reset it and yet... One would think these computers will be of use to no one.
