Buy on Aliexpress at your own risk. I received a completely damaged item, I opened a dispute with photos as proof. Well, they refuse to refund me and generously offer me a pittance and give me the item. What a generous scammer. I understand better now why they don't accept PayPal.

Hello, I purchased a one-year IPTV subscription on AliExpress and after two months, nothing. The seller doesn't even want to respond to my messages, it's "Shenzhen Shinego Technology Co., Ltd", to be avoided at all costs. And the most regrettable thing is that there's no way to report a seller on AliExpress once the order is confirmed. Especially since this seller forces you to give a good review before delivering the account for the connection. I am a regular customer of AliExpress, but I have never been scammed this way.
My advice; if you go on AliExpress, especially! avoid the seller: Shenzhen Shinego Technology Co., Ltd.

Yes, me too, I received a completely torn item and sent supporting photos, and the seller never refunded me. Be careful, they ask for returns and claim that the items were never received. The problem is that customer service ALWAYS SIDES WITH THE SELLER EVEN IF IT'S TORN, LOST, or anything else. Avoid unscrupulous sellers and always check the seller's number of sales.

1- Reliability... It's hard to know unless we find a multitude of favorable reviews (Beware of fake reviews identifiable by their particular style...). Generally, Aliexpress removes scam sellers, at least after a certain period (Accumulation of complaints...)

2- Currency conversion fees to consider (Low, depending on the bank...). The real problem is sending your card information (Possibility of hacking and reuse).

3- Any shipment made from a non-EU country is subject to a VAT payment of 20% calculated on the total 'goods+shipping+insurance'...

Additionally, there may be a parafiscal tax affecting certain types of goods.
And if the carrier is FEDEX, DHL, UPS... there will be 'freight forwarding fees'...

Only shipments made by EMS, China Post... have some chance of escaping these 'supplements'.

If purchasing 'counterfeits', there is a risk of destruction by Customs...

4- There is no formal guarantee of receiving your package:

Non-shipment...
Address error...
Loss...
Confiscation by Customs...

Moreover, shipping is really not fast unless using FEDEX, DHL etc, but this translates to significant fees to pay upon arrival...

In case of dispute, not much recourse...

In short, there are more risks in ordering 'offshore' than in France or even in the EU... Stick to reasonable amounts (in case of loss). Avoid clothing purchases, because of almost systematic size/cut issues...

Especially, do not order from Chinese sellers because I have been in conflict for over a week as they did not send me the ordered product but a different brand (I ordered SIMULATION sneakers and received ALKAID ones). They refuse to pay the return shipping costs (45 euros), so I find myself stuck, as ALIEXPRESS automatically redirects me to the seller. I have been going in circles for a week. Furthermore, we have no address (ALIEXPRESS) or phone number to make a claim. Be careful.

I have never received it. I received contradictory messages: bag shipped on the boat... then order canceled without me doing anything.

I was charged, never received a bag and I can't even open a complaint because they tell me that the deadline has passed!!!!

I bought a smartphone, a screen protector, and a leather case for €90. The smartphone broke down after 2 months. Furthermore, I paid €6 in shipping fees to send it to customer service. You are refunding me the amount of €62. You are charging me a refund fee of €22. In total, I have lost money with you. It is not normal that I have to pay the fees for an error on your part. In total, out of €90 spent, you are refunding me €40. It's simply theft. I bought lousy equipment and on top of that, I'm losing money.

I strongly advise against Aliexpress.. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive within five days at most. At first, I was surprised because I received no confirmation email, and later, no transaction appeared on my Aliexpress account. The problem is that I was still charged for the amount of my order that I never received. When I try to open a dispute or contact the seller, I am always asked for my order reference, which I do not have. I have a screenshot of my bank account mentioning cb.aliexpress.com with an invoice number, but I cannot send it to anyone because I am repeatedly asked for my order number.... There is therefore no contact person, no address where one can explain their problem, and apparently, nothing is planned or anticipated for this type of bug (perhaps a technical issue) that I experienced... a bug, however, that did not prevent them from charging me..... I'm very skeptical about this kind of procedure and I completely discourage any purchases from these types of scammers. If anyone has a solution, apart from the phone number at €2.85/minute, I'm all ears.

Hello, I've been buying on Aliexpress for 10 years, I've bought about 1000 items... good. Choose your sellers and calmly talk to them the first time with photos, tell them that they are professionals, that despite the problem if you get a refund you will leave a good comment with 5 stars... otherwise you will open a dispute with proof to back it up.

When you open a dispute, the seller's site can no longer sell... their interest is to quickly honor their sales.

Out of about forty disputes, 2 to 3 times I haven’t been refunded... otherwise almost every time.

And about IPTV services like lxstream or smarters, they are quite unstable... but the seller is often listening... you need to be nice to them... tell them that they are professionals and do not speak poorly to them... you need to lull them.

Never insults, as the platform sees it.

No, AliExpress is a scam. I bought 3 items paid for via Paypal (€17.81).

I have proof on Paypal that the payment was made, and AliExpress informs me of non-payment and cancels the sale without a refund. Paypal is handling this dispute.

But above all, don't buy from this site anymore.... the items are of poor quality, they are not delivered, or in case of dispute, no refunds are given.

The day you have a problem, there is no possible recourse. The customer service leads you on. Moreover, the withdrawals are often higher than the order. For me, after about twenty successful orders, I can kiss 25 euros goodbye.
