Hello,
I specify that this is a new USB stick, and I already have 2 of the same model that work perfectly.
I have already watched movies that I had saved on it, then I deleted those to put others on, and now my USB stick is no longer recognized. I can see in the dropdown that USB is clickable (on the DVD burner), but when I click, nothing happens, whereas before I would access the menu of the movies on the USB stick.
I haven't done anything unusual, so I guess the stick might be defective?
Thank you if anyone has had this problem before; otherwise, I will return it since it is still under warranty.
USB stick model: INTUIX 32gb USB 3.0 - USB 2 compatible on Medion burner
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

Hello,
maybe due to an error in the file system of your USB drive: Check and repair the file system.
For the file system, I recommend using FAT (or FAT32) which is the most compatible across different systems (Windows, Linux, and other multimedia devices)
