Hello, I had the same problem. You just need to do a test: disconnect the HLR card, which is the infrared card, then turn it on using the button on the side. If the TV works, you need to replace the infrared card because it's the one that sends the standby command and the routing at the same time, and that's why the TV goes into safety mode.
