Hi!
So here’s my problem, I bought a WD My Cloud 2TB which I connected directly to my Neufbox. (I’m on Windows Vista). Everything was working wonderfully until this morning. When I turned on my laptop, I tried to connect to the WD but it was impossible. I had created a network drive for quicker access and there is a red cross on the drive icon. When I click on it, an error message appears. In the "network" tab, the icon that should normally display is not there.
So I tried to access the WD via the Android app I have on my mobile phone and I can get in!
Thinking the problem was with my laptop, I tried to access it with my desktop computer (which is also running Vista) but it’s the same issue as with the laptop.
I would need a bit of help from you as I’m starting to get a headache from searching for a solution...
