Hello, for a few days now I have been unable to connect to the app. I have to re-scan my son's watch QR code and enter his username. Then I get the error message: "device number has been added failed." I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, then re-registered my son's watch. I got a new error message: "device number already registered please contact your agent to restore." This doesn't make much sense. Does anyone have a solution or a contact to reach them? Thank you for your help, currently, I can't know where my son is or listen to his possible voice messages.

Hello,
Make sure you have a SIM card with internet credit and that there is no PIN code on that card.

Then check that the SIM card operator provides connectivity on the 2G network.

As a last resort, ask the seller to reset the account linked to your watch.
