Hello,
I am desperately trying to log into my Samsung account so I can download and install apps.
The "Samsung account" setting is greyed out in the menus, and it says "function not available."
I am connected to the internet, though.
I tried resetting the smart hub, and it removed the default apps (many greyed out that I couldn't activate). Now everything is empty.
What should I do? I admit I don't understand...
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 30.0

Re,
I am from Belgium, so: https://www.samsung.com/be_fr/support/#contact
I gave up after 7 minutes without answers!
If anyone has a more direct solution, I'm interested.
Thank you!

This morning I retrieved the connection option (but nothing happens when I click on it and it remains grayed out afterwards), I also retrieved the list of grayed-out apps.
Hello, problem solved (I was finally able to contact Samsung...)
In reality, they have a server issue. All the grayed-out apps need to be full. So, for that:
Try to update the TV (menu, support, update). From there, it will tell you that you have the latest firmware. It will then download ONE app. You need to repeat the process until all the apps are visible.
Be careful, if at any point the apps stop updating, you need to launch the browser, close it and start the process again.
Once all the apps are loaded, you may have to repeat the process one more time.
Then go to menu, smart hub, Samsung account and you will be able to log in.
==> Okay, in this case Samsung is not handling it well, there is an update during the night of the 21st to the 22nd that may resolve this issue. In the meantime, I hope to help one or two people who are struggling with these apps too^^
See you!

Hello,
For a case like this, the best thing to do is to call Samsung directly so they can check your account.
Because it's not normal.
You can call them at 01 48 63 00 00 (non-premium number)

Doing research yourself before posting on CCM is the fastest solution!
I'm not good at French, but I own it!
