Hello, I have a Samsung UE55F6400 TV and I can no longer use the "web browser" app that appears in the Smart Hub menu (it was working last week). It is no longer highlighted like before.
I checked the network settings, which confirm that the TV is connected to the internet, so I don't see where the problem lies, especially since some apps still work (like Smart replay or Dailymotion).
In the "Smart Functions" menu > "App Settings," the "TV Internet Connection" option is set to "Off" but appears grayed out, so I can't change it, and I'm not sure if that would solve the problem...
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, I finally managed to solve my problem, I'm posting it here in case it helps someone else.
I ended up calling Samsung support who took over my TV and reset the smart hub followed by an update of the applications. Apparently, according to the technician, the issue stemmed from the TV shutting down during an update, which caused the malfunction.

I have the same problem as you (when I search via the web, the result is 0, is it possible to do a reset without going through a Samsung technician?
Thank you
