Issue with Samsung Smart Hub since the software update

Hello,

I have a Samsung LED model UA40ES7500R that I bought a week ago. The smart hub worked wonderfully at first, but since the software update via the internet to version 001020, I can't use the smart hub and no applications are working. For example, when I connect to Skype, the screen shows "connecting" at the top right and stays like that for a long time without connecting. The same happens with the camera or games. I would like to go back to software version 001019, which my TV was properly set up with. I have tried to reset the TV, but that didn't help. I really regret this update. I tried to reinstall software version 001020 via my USB stick after downloading it from your site and following all the installation instructions on the stick, but during the update process by the TV, a message tells me that no update software was detected on the stick. I don't know if this is an update or Samsung server issue. Please, I would like to enjoy my LED TV. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 19.0

Help me too, it's the same problem, I press the apps in the smart hub, but on my TV it stays stuck on CONNECTION... nothing else comes up afterwards. And it's been like that since the first time I turned on my TV, I've done the configurations, but nothing afterwards has worked on the smart hub app.
My TV is a SAMSUNG UE40ES6710.
