Hello,

When I change the channel, it is very slow.
It takes between 10 and 15 seconds between pressing the remote (new batteries) and the actual change.
Several resets of the BBox haven't changed anything.
Do you have any idea?
Thank you

Configuration: Vista Home Premium Edition.SP.32bits.

Thank you for the response, Nadellen, but... how do we go about it?
Testing line length? Attenuation rate? It's all Chinese to me...

Hello
update your channels by doing a search
however, it is also possible that your bandwidth is a bit tight for the TV, you need to check this by testing your line length and especially the attenuation rate.

re
for channel search, apparently no problems. I receive normally. The problem arises only when switching channels, or when I press mute or when I increase/decrease the volume. There it takes between 10 and 15 seconds and it’s ... as long as a day without bread.
I have taken the measurements but I’m not sure how to interpret them.

re
it seems good to receive the TV
it might just be the TV tuner, tired
on some Philips it's slow! but I don't know all the brands and models to tell you more

re

to search for channels, it's in your TV's menu
(nothing to do with the box)
to test your line, you can go to

or

re

Oops! I really hope the TV tuner isn't worn out.
The TV is a month old, just like the BBox. Installed since 04/29. It's all brand new.
I'm in the city center with an ADSL2+ connection.

No, I'm wondering if the proximity of:
- a Hi-Fi system
- Two wireless headphones UHF-VHF
- speakers with built-in amplifier to enhance the TV's original sound

doesn't create some interference.

But if it does, then why does the remote work normally for 2 or 3 days and then degrade afterward?

re
sorry, I don’t know!
still try to distance the other peripherals but I don’t believe it!
maybe a problem with the identical or too close channel of the remote control to the channel of the hi-fi?
but on some TVs, I repeat, it’s like that, the tuner is slow, it’s normal on those specific models, even if others are much faster and within the standard

Well anyway, thank you for the answers.
I'm going to contact customer service again, but I’m not expecting much....
