Hello,
I purchased a SAMSUNG television three weeks ago,
(model TV 4K UHD 49'' NU7105, Smart TV 1300 PQI UE49NU7105K) and it is almost unusable.
When I turn on the TV, it works normally, but after a certain amount of time, the TV loses all its responsiveness.
When using the TNT TV, after a while, it takes me more than a minute for the TV to register a channel or volume change.
The same issue occurs when using an HDMI source; after a while, the TV is so slow that it is impossible to increase or decrease the volume, impossible to change the source, impossible to navigate through the menus, ...
When I try to use an app, Netflix or Prime Video, I can start a video but after 2-3 minutes, the film starts to "freeze" and the same symptoms appear on the TV.
The TV even takes some time to turn off!
After turning the device off for 30 seconds, or after unplugging it, I start from scratch, get 5-10 minutes of normal use, then nothing works!
I have performed updates, I have already attempted to reset the TV to factory settings, reconfigure it multiple times, toggle everything that's possible, but nothing works.
If anyone has solutions to propose, or even explanations for my problems, I thank you in advance.
Best regards.
