Photoshop CS6 Fluidity Tool Issue

Solved

Hello everyone!

I have a big problem with the Liquify tool in Photoshop CS6.

When I open my photo by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Shift or Filter<Liquify, the correct window appears with the tools, but instead of my photo, I see a turquoise blue screen (see image here: [img]http://nsa34.casimages.com/img/2014/04/29/1404291011441580.jpg/img).

I want to clarify that I'm not on a filter or a layer style; even on my raw image, I get this screen! Also, when I use some tools "blindly" and save, when I return to the Photoshop workspace, my image is indeed modified!

I've searched online but found no answers, and I've already tried restoring the default settings twice, with no results.

I would like to know if anyone has a solution before I try reinstalling the software because I use it every day for my work :/

Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Check your toolbar panel to see if you accidentally clicked on mask mode.

Otherwise, try disabling OpenGL Drawing in the preferences... and restart.

See the section Quick troubleshooting procedure for the graphics processing unit

Hello, I have the same problem even though the mask mode is not installed... I have a black screen instead of the image... the worst part is that the brush works but I'm working blind...

It was indeed the mask mode activated by mistake that I didn't pay any attention to, since I hardly ever use it smoothly... I feel a bit foolish, but thank you @sarahmoon!!
