Homepage display issue laposte.net

Hello,

I've been having a display issue for the past two days with the home page of the Laposte.net messaging service.
Actually, it shows up without images and with a layout like this:
last name
first name
login frame
a line of text
another line of text

The page takes a long time to load and arrives in this state. When I log in, there are no issues with the emails.

What could be causing this?
I've cleared the cache, run a Ccleaner, and nothing changes.
I should also mention that my laptop can't load certain pages like "my eBay" (but there's no issue with the listings on eBay), immonot... The same problem occurs with both Chrome and IE.

Thank you for your help

I'm on Windows 7.

Hello, I think you are infected since you ran cclearner; it should have worked.
Download adw cleaner from ccm.

OK thanks, I'll try that tomorrow (a malware scanner today didn't detect anything). Otherwise, it's off to the specialist!

Hello

Continuing with the problems.
Since I had no results despite using CCleaner, I took the laptop to the technician.

And there, no issues when he tested the pages I can't access.

He kept the laptop for a day and declared that he found no problems (despite the numerous security updates he regularly makes, by the way).
He told me it was either because I don't know how to use the tool (thanks for that....), or a browser issue (even though it's the same with IE, and IE secures the laptop every other time), or I should just format the laptop...
Well, thanks, the professional didn't help me at all!

I'm stuck. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome again.

As a last resort, I might give Orange a call to see if it could be a connection speed issue... right?

Hello, I think that at Orange it won't be of any help. Good idea to uninstall and reinstall Google
update Flash Player. Can you see pictures on your computer? If so,
try connecting elsewhere than at home (friends or public).

I'm going to try for Flash Player (what's the easiest way to do it?).
I haven't attempted to reinstall Chrome yet, but I'm afraid I won't have a good internet experience again.
I've also noticed that I can't normally access Outlook mail: the right pane is misaligned, with no images, and the center of the page is completely white, making it impossible to read emails. Still on Chrome...

Hello, Google is available for download on CCM. You can perform a restore to a date before the issue.
