How to back up laposte.net emails?

Hello everyone!
I would like to back up all the emails from my laposte.net inbox, possibly by transferring them to a USB drive or copying them to another address.
Could a kind soul please tell me how to proceed? I haven't managed to do anything so far...

Hello!
There is the digiposte service on poste.net (a service similar to that of a safe), you just need to select your emails in your inbox and click "archive" (right next to delete) and then create your digiposte account (apparently it's free)
Otherwise for me, it's one by one --> you transfer each important email to another address
