Hello or Good evening,
My mother is no longer able to connect to her Laposte.net email at home on her PC and my father's PC as well. I’ve tried logging in on several internet browsers and it's always the same problem: it's impossible to connect.
When the "login" button is selected, a file called "login.do" always downloads, and the loading screen stays on the connection.
They are both able to log in to accounts on other websites; only Laposte is experiencing an issue.
At my home, everything works fine on laposte.net, so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work for them, especially with both PCs.
I’ve done some research online and can’t find any solution.
Could it be a problem with the Wi-Fi network?
