Unable to open my SMS upon receipt

Hello,
Please, I have a BB Z10; for some time now I have been receiving SMS messages that I cannot open by clicking on them, even though I have no issues with the touchscreen.
Could someone kindly help me?

    Hello Fatima,

    I suggest these different solutions, to be followed in order:

    If you haven't done it yet, turn off your phone and turn it back on: a phone should be turned off at least once a week, like a computer (or a human :) )

    It is possible that your phone's memory is overloaded. Try deleting some of the messages (or all the messages) in the inbox and the outbox.

    If it still doesn't work, try putting someone else's SIM card (a friend, a child, a husband?) in your Blackberry and ask someone to send it a text message and see if that text message can be opened. Then put your SIM card back in your BB Z10 and check, it should have returned to normal.
