Good evening,
My problem is that as soon as I open the camera, it stays black for a while and then I get: "Unable to start the camera. Please close other apps to start the camera." On other topics I looked, it was a host routing table issue, but I did it until there was "message sent" and I didn't receive any message.
The second technique was to turn off the phone, remove the battery, the SIM, the memory card. I did this and still the same thing.
The third was to let the phone discharge on its own, nothing at all, still the same story.
Then the last was to reset everything, same result.
Hoping you could help me.
Thank you!

Hi there. It is possible that one of your apps uses the camera without one of its background processes.
If you’ve had this issue since updating or downloading an app, I strongly invite you to uninstall it, then remove the battery from your phone for 5 seconds, reinsert it, and let your BlackBerry reboot.
See you soon.-
Thank you for replying to me!
But I haven’t had it since a certain update or app, it’s been there from the start (someone had it before me) And the "store" (I forgot the name on the BlackBerry) isn’t working either.- Okay..
Well, for me there is only one remaining solution
Download BlackBerry Desktop Software, perform a backup of all your data (very simple)
Then in your blackberry settings find the factory reset.
And finally restore your phone with the backup you made previously on your PC.
Hope I helped you :)
See you soon.

Where to download BlackBerry Desktop Software?
If it’s in the store, I can’t! Because as soon as I go there, it tells me that I haven’t done a certain update, I click to do the Update and it says: Server not available at the moment, please try again!
And that’s been for a month!
So if that’s where you download Desktop Software it’s impossible :( -
