Connection/Installation Issues for GameRanger

Hello,
I have a problem with the online gaming portal GameRanger,
I’m a novice and can’t figure out how to solve it.

The program was installed and worked the first time,
but today when I launch it, the window "No response from gameranger server" appears every time... I tried uninstalling the program, but then it’s simply impossible for me to reinstall it at all. The problem is the same on all the PCs in my house (no response from the gameranger server), so the issue must come from my Internet connection settings, right?
Otherwise, I can browse the Internet, my ISP is Free, and I have a Freebox Revolution. I have disabled the proxy.

How can I fix this problem with this program?

Hello Lokopixo,

it would be easy to leave it at that, but that's not the case:
some friends of mine were playing and the server was working fine,
the connection issue with the server only appears for me.

So the problem doesn't come from there, but thanks anyway.

Everything is in the problem message :) The servers hosting the game are not operational for now, simply put.
Try again later or check the game's website.
