Hello,
During the transition from Windows 7 to 8, I lost my wired internet connection.
I think the Windows 7 driver is not compatible with Win 8.1 64 bits
and I can't find an explicit driver for Win 8 64 bits on the manufacturer's website.
Thank you for any help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 31.0.1650.57

Hello,
In the Device Manager, right-click on "Ethernet Controller", choose "Properties" then "Details".
Note: Device Manager: WINDOWS+R (devmgmt.msc) then OK
Click on the dropdown menu, select "Hardware Ids".
Post the information (example: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0).
Just copy the first line, that's enough.

Thank you for your help.
Was the card disabled during the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 8 or from Windows 8 to 8.1?
Best regards
