Hello everyone!

I'm here to ask for help with a network card problem!
Since this afternoon, my network card seems to be disabled (it happened suddenly: I put my computer to sleep, woke it up a little later and the problem appeared).

I have no access to any Wi-Fi networks, but the Ethernet cable connection works.

When I run an automatic troubleshooting with Windows 8, it tells me that the card is not connected, cannot be found, or that there are no necessary drivers.
In the device manager, I tried to update the network card drivers but it says they are already up to date! I’m not really sure what to do...

I have an Asus UX302L PC running Windows 8.1 x64bts
The model of my network card is: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless AC-7260
Driver version: 16.6.0.8
Driver provider: Intel

Hardware ID:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_08B1&SUBSYS_C0708086&REV_6B
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_08B1&SUBSYS_C0708086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_08B1&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_08B1&CC_0280

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Hello

Connect the PC via a wired connection, then go to the Control Panel (Settings), then under Windows Update perform the optional updates (there should be the wifi drivers... Wireless), once that's done, restart the PC and the wifi card should work again.
