Brancher relais sur motorisation portail

J'installe actuellement une motorisation de portail Nice Metronik 3024cc avec platine MC 824H couplé à un vidéo phone Ematromic EM7S.Pour déclencher l'ouverture depuis le vidéo phone il faut brancher un relais Bitron vidéo UTRL 12vdc;
Mon problème je ne sais pas brancher ce relais qui comporte 5 branchements( + , - , T ,R , C ).
Quelqu'un peut me donner la solution? Me fournir un schéma de câblage?
