Hello, so here it is, I bought a Hi-Fi system that also serves as a DVD player, it’s the Chaîne hifi micro ESSENTIELB Xériade from Boulanger. I tested everything and there is only one problem: in the three video outputs (HDMI, SCART, and component (Y/CBPB/CRPR)) the only one I can’t get working is the HDMI port. I’m using a screen and a cable that work because I tested the same setup on other devices just before. So if someone has the same problem, help me ;)
Configuration:
desktop computer (PC)
Windows XP 32-bit
motherboard: MSI G31M3 Series
processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 (2.4 GHz)
graphics card: (ASUS) Nvidia GeForce GT 440
USB 2

Hi,
Apparently this problem isn’t common.
What does the manual say in the "HDMI" section?
P.S.: if you have a scanner, scan the manual and send it as a .pdf on this site:

In the manual, they tell me to plug the cable into the receiver and the TV with no further details. On the receiver options, there is an option to enable HDMI, which I have enabled, but afterwards there are other options that go into more detail (resolution, etc.) whose meaning is not indicated in the manual. As for the resolution, it's not a problem of the TV; I’ve done my tests.
PS: I’ll send you the PDF of the doc a little later ;) -
I went to the technician at Boulanger and apparently it’s an HDMI standard issue, so only the screen needs an update.
