What is the brand and model of the PC?

Under which operating system and is it 32 or 64 bits?

Thank you for the super super super software, but one problem is that it keeps disconnecting even though the connection is strong and it's the connection from Laval University.

Go to Start
In the Search bar
Type: devmgmt.msc and press enter.

See if there are any question marks and which ones?

Also, provide the list that appears under Network adapters.
