Paper jam Brother MFC .. but no paper!

Question

Hello,

My Brother MFC-J6510DW printer shows a "paper jam front / rear" message. I checked everything, and no paper or paper scraps are stuck inside!!

Do you have a solution? The printer is not old but is no longer under warranty..

I have the same problem with my printer, it's excessively annoying! If anyone has found a solution? And not some nonsense "procedure" proposed by Brother... who apparently doesn't use their own printers. I suppose since the problem has never been fixed!

I've tried everything and nothing works.
However, I tried this solution:

I put regular paper in the manual slot, but the printer doesn't eject it, whether I push it or not.

I partially disassembled the machine and blew air inside it.

Now the error is a bit different but still indicates a paper jam inside.

Here is the error:

Printing impossible 5A
Remove the paper, etc.......

I'm not going to throw it away... Maybe it's the sensor that's faulty? Where is it located?
