"Paper Jam" message on HP Photosmart C5280 printer

Hello everyone,
My HP Photosmart C5280 printer is giving me a message: "Paper jam" even though there is no jam!
I checked everything at the back and the front, and nothing!
When I reset it by unplugging the power and plugging it back in, it's the same thing, the machine restarts as if it is going to print but no paper comes out and there are strange noises!
Has anyone encountered this problem, and how was it resolved if it has been resolved?
