Brother DCP 195C persistent paper jam

Hello,

As the title says, my printer keeps telling me there is a paper jam. Let me explain.

As soon as I try to print, the paper rises to a certain level, gets stuck, and the printer indicates that there is a paper jam. I remove the paper and I can start all over again ad infinitum.

I have already checked under the cover to see if there's any paper or piece of paper, but I see absolutely nothing.

This happened after a sheet that I couldn't fully remove through the rear cover, and I had to use the one on top.
