Indicates a paper jam when there isn’t one

Hello,
My Canon MG 3100 printer indicates a paper jam when there isn't one. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2486.0

    Hello
    Look for ..........
    • in the paper passage if there is any "confetti" left lying around
    • in that same passage if the sensor detecting the paper is not broken or stuck
