Hi everyone, I have a HP Pavilion dv7-6b99sf laptop
And the HP software installed on my device works perfectly, especially HP CoolSense which allows me to manage the fan speed (Silent, Performance Optimization, Cooling), I use it regularly depending on what I'm doing.
So, I have HP Support Assistant that is notifying me that an update for the program (HP Support Assistant) is available, it updates, and now I have this new program, but I no longer have access to HP CoolSense, it has disappeared, my shortcut that I had placed on the desktop no longer points to anything.
I had already been caught once a few months ago, I had uninstalled HP Support Assistant to download, from the HP support site for my laptop model, the latest version of HP Support Assistant, which is strangely the same one I had before the update (=> so the installation doesn't work since a newer version of the software is installed), but now I can no longer find how to uninstall it.
It is not listed in programs and features.

What is your operating system?
What version of your HP Coolsense program was it?

HP CoolSense 1.0.1.4 I just checked your link, and apparently version 2.x is not available for European users.
Moreover, the latest update from HP Support Assistant didn't mention different updates but none for this program, and at the same time it was no longer even recognized by the PC.
And HP CoolSense isn't even available in the driver list of HP support for my PC model.
