Hello and thank you for helping me solve the following problem:
After changing the cartridges, my printer keeps realigning the cartridges every time it's turned on (and this is unsuccessful) without affecting the subsequent prints.
I was advised to scan the test obtained, but that was also unsuccessful... should I change the cartridges? Thank you.
