At the top of your Page, click on Edit Page.
Click on Edit Settings and choose Manage Permissions from the dropdown menu.
Uncheck the box next to the option Show Message Button on [Page name].

This option no longer exists. It is currently no longer possible to prevent strangers from contacting you. That's a pity, but that's how it is; Facebook has removed this option.
