Hello,

Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome:

By URL:

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

or manually:

The three small horizontal bars (at the top right)
Settings
History
Clear browsing data...
Select the time range, content
confirm

Check the boxes for "cache" and "cookies"

Look in your firewall or antivirus settings to see if they are blocking Google Chrome.

If the problem persists:

Close Google Chrome.

Use the keyboard shortcut Windows + R

Type the path to the appropriate directory in the address bar:

For Windows XP:

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\

Click OK

For Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\

Click OK

In the directory window that opens, find the folder titled "Default" and rename it to "Backup default".

Close the windows.

Then open Google Chrome.

A new "Default" folder is automatically created when the browser opens.

To recover your bookmarks:

Copy the "Bookmarks.bak" file from the "Backup default" folder and paste it into the new "Default" folder.

Once the file is moved, rename it to "Bookmarks" to complete the transfer.

Recover your Favicons and passwords:

In the backup default folder, you have the Favicons and Login Data files.

Also place them in the new Default folder.

OK, reactivate everything then.

Download this utility to your desktop --> AdwCleaner (by Xplode)
Right-click on it and run it "as administrator"
Click on "delete."

Post the report in your next message.

Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Relaunch Adwcleaner and click on Uninstall.  Download and install --> MalwareBytes Uncheck the box "Enable the free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro" Right-click on it and run it "as administrator" Update the product Run a quick scan. After the scan, click on "show results" If positive, check all Delete the selection. So my problem is not resolved.  I cannot access certain websites or some do not display completely, this happens on several computers at my place and on all browsers.
