Bonjour voila mon problème cé qu'il y a un mois j'ai eu un virus cheval de troie , j'ai fait le nécessaire pour m'en débarasser mais il revient régulièrement , est ce que je dois vraiment formater ? ou on peut faire autrement ??

    jai eu le meme probleme que toi jai installer un anti virus du nom de kaspersky ki ma regler mes probleme concernant ce virus tu le trouvera en version complete et gratuiite sur télécharger.com

        Salut Iena 18
        Désintalle google toulbar.
        Désinstalle le logiciel de ton imprimante multifonction j'ai eu le même problème.
        Désinstalle Windows Messenger via l'ajout ou la suppresion des programmes dans le panneau de config puis ajouter ou supprimer des composant windows.
        Installe cette liste:
        Spybot Surch and destroys

        Mais n'installe pas anti-virus de celui-ci

        Met les logiciel à jour.

        Désinstalle Google update service.

        Redémarre en mode sans echec (toouche f8)

        Utilise tous ces outils.

        Recherche avec Regcleaner tous les entrés supectes (google ainsi que epson).

        Redémarre en mode normal et installe juste les pilotes.

        Sur le site du constructeur

        Installe juste le pilote d'impression.

        Si tu veux faire du travail photo => Xnview ou Paint Net sont suffisants suivant ton utilisation.

        Redémarre.

        Si les problème persiste désinstalle complètement Antivir et install  Avast ou AVG.

        Enfin perso je te conseil de désinstaller Adobe reader 7 et mettre Foxit reader il est beaucoup moin lourd pour traiter les pdf.

        

        Pour plus d'aide utilise google. Ou n'hésite pas à reposté en ajoutant ton nouveau log.
